Banners back in Chicora
Josh Holzwarth reinstalls the veterans banners along Chicora Road in Chicora. He was among a group of volunteers from Armstrong Construction and Chicora Volunteer Fire Department taking down Christmas decorations and reinstalling the borough’s veterans banners Saturday. Originally from Chicora, Holzwarth lives in Butler and works for Armstrong Construction.
