Alicia Schisler will take over as president and CEO of Adagio Health effective Sept. 1.

Adagio’s board of directors announced the promotion of Schisler, who joined the company in 2018, on Wednesday. She joined Adagio as chief of external affairs and currently serves as executive vice president and chief of strategy.

Before joining Adagio, Schisler served in corporate communications and external affairs at Range Resources and spent nearly 20 years at WQED Multimedia, where her health care and public affairs work earned multiple Emmy Awards and national recognition for excellence.

A University of Pittsburgh and Leadership Pittsburgh XXXIX graduate, Schisler completed the Yale School of Management’s executive education women’s leadership program in 2024. She currently serves on the boards of The Midwife Center and the Mt. Lebanon Partnership.
