On behalf of the more than 50 children who participated in the 2005 Camp Creation program at the Island Playground, which ended Aug. 19, we would like to thank all those individuals and organizations who came together to give kids religion, fun, games, crafts, music, structure and food, showing kids adults do care.

Thanks to the Rev. Tim Bupp of Grace @ Calvary Lutheran Church for coordinating the event and to the youth group of Christ Community United Methodist Church, who collected funds to purchase paperback books for the participants.
