COOK OFF MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Operation Spay/Neuter and Saint Andrews United Presbyterian Church raised $1,000 during their inaugural chili cookoff Dec. 31 in conjunction with the Ring In The Arts New Year's Eve event in downtown Butler.
