The annual Toys for Tots motorcycle ride sponsored by The American Legion Riders Butler Chapter 117 and the Marine Corps Reserve, Bantam Marine Detachment 743 of Butler, will be Oct. 4.

The fee is a new toy, but no stuffed toys.

Riders interested in helping the cause should meet at noon at Wal-Mart's west parking lot. Riders will leave at 1 p.m. to tour the county, making stops at American Legions to collect donations.

Also, there will be the Toys for Tots Dance from 8 to 11 p.m. at the American Legion Post 117, Main St., Butler.

Those who did not pay for the ride can donate a nonstuffed toy or $5.
