Gesward M. Reddinger

Gesward M. Reddinger, 61, a lifelong resident of Middlesex Township, passed away Thursday.

Born in Pittsburgh on March 22, 1952, he was the son of the late John W. and Muriel (DeStefano) Reddinger.

He was the loving father of Christy J. (Timothy) Komp of Butler and Jeremy J. (Allison) Reddinger of Butler; the brother of Richard (Darlene) Reddinger of Butler, Keith (Linda) Reddinger of Butler, and the late John W. Reddinger, and the proud grandfather of Kaitlyn, Aaron, Ryan, and Danielle Komp, all of Butler. He also is survived by his former wife, Barbara J. Reddinger of Mars.

Ges was a former partner and owner of Suncrest Golf Course and the owner of PostNet in Butler.

He was a great golfer and enjoyed computers. Throughout his battle with leukemia, Ges was the recipient of donated blood and platelets many times.
