Mars boys lose to Elizabethtown in overtime

Mihali Sfanos’ baseline attempt was blocked in the closing seconds of overtime and Mars’ boys basketball team saw its season come to an end with a 58-56 loss to Elizabethtown in the first round of the Class 5A state playoffs at Valley High School.
Sfanos led Planets with 15 points.
Mars finishes season with record of 19-7.
