Julio Mendoza

Julio Lopez Mendoza, 84, of Saxonburg passed away Friday, Dec. 25, 2020, at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born May 1, 1936, in Puerto Rico, and was the son of the late Mateo Bermudez and Micaela Mendoza Soto.

Julio worked at Pittsburgh Cut Flower Co., where he cared for and harvested the roses.

He is survived by one sister, Maria Bermudez of Cidra, Puerto Rico; and his stepnephew, Ernesto Planas and his wife, Michelle, of Saxonburg, and their children, Carmen, Nicholas and Carlos.

MENDOZA — There will be no visitation for Julio Lopez Mendoza, who died Friday, Dec. 25, 2020.

Inurnment will be in Puerto Rico.

Arrangements were handled by Martin Funeral Home, Butler.
