Pittsburgh police are seeking information and the whereabouts of a man accused of a triple homicide on New Year's Eve in Pittsburgh.
Ronald Steave, 29, of Pittsburgh, is charged with three counts of homicide and illegal possession of a firearm.
Police issued an arrest warrant Sunday in connection with the fatal shooting deaths of Nandi Fitzgerald, Tatiana Hill, both 28, and 12-year-old Denzel Nolan on the 7500 block of Hamilton Avenue.
Those with information regarding Steave are asked to call 9-1-1 or Pittsburgh police headquarters at 412-323-7800.
According to a police news release Dec. 31, officers responded around 4 a.m. to the home for a report of multiple shots being fired.
Police said when they arrived, they found one woman with a gunshot to the head, prompting a SWAT response.
The SWAT team searched the home and found the other two victims. Police said medics pronounced all three victims dead at the scene.
According to court records, Steave pleaded guilty in 2011 to four felonies and two misdemeanors, including felony illegal gun possession and drug sales. He was sentenced to a minimum of three years in prison and five years probation.
In a separate 2011 case, Steave pleaded guilty to felony possession of stolen property, which added another three years of probation.
