Jerry Lee Sproat, 73, of Millersport, Ohio, died on Monday, Sept. 10, 2018.

He was born on Jan. 7, 1945, in Pittsburgh.

Throughout Jerry’s life, he was a software engineer by trade. However, his passion was woodworking. Jerry excelled in this talent and built quality furniture.

Jerry enjoyed cheeseburgers and listening to music, specifically rock ‘n’ roll and country artists.

He was also passionate about his Pittsburgh Steelers and watching NASCAR races.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Sproat; his wife, Deborah; and his children, Amanda Sproat, Holly Miller, Brian Sproat, Christopher Sproat and Chandra Boodoo.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Philip Franklin Sproat.
