Equipment failure leads to animal clinic evacuation
A piece of medical equipment failed at Twinbrook Animal Clinic in Valencia on Friday morning, causing a chemical to spill, police at the scene said.
Emergency crews evacuated the building and Hazmat units are at the scene.
