Off-road accidents injure two
According to 911 emergency radio dispatch calls, off-road accidents around the noon hour on Saturday injured two riders.
State police and a medical helicopter were called to the Petrolia area, where an all-terrain vehicle crash resulted in a fractured hip and shoulder injury.
Life Flight landed at Karns City High School to retrieve that rider.
At around the same time, ambulances were called to Switchback Raceway on Route 8 in Clay Township for a dirt bike crash.
No further details were immediately available on the wrecks.
