John W. Wallak
John Wallace Wallak, 69, of Flower Mound, Texas, died April 5 in Dallas, Texas.
Born Jan. 27, 1937, in Butler, he was the son of Mike and Anna Wallak.
He was a graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington and served in the Air Force.
Mr. Wallak was a licensed professional engineer and a member of I.E.E.E.
He also belonged to the Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas, and was a member of the Grandparents of Faith Life Team.
He is survived by his wife, Polly Wallak; two sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Michelle Wallak and Stephen and Stacey Wallak; and four grandchildren, Matthew, Mason, Stacia and Stephen. He is also survived by four sisters, Dorothy Schontz, Julie Green, Joan Sheptack and Linda Bowser
