Norman P. Hayden, 90, of Valencia, passed away on Monday, Dec. 2, 2024.

He was the beloved husband for 68 years of the late Ruby A. Cole Hayden; loving father of Paul M. Hayden (Anne) of Cranberry Township, Stephen P. Hayden of Butler and Christopher R. Hayden of Butler; brother of Muriel Gooday; proud grandfather of Sean, Nathan and Daniel Hayden; and great-grandfather of Hudson and Cameron, and two more great-grandchildren on the way.

Norman was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

Norman was a veteran of the British Army and a longtime engineer and buyer in the steel industry. When working in England, he was captain of his company's cricket team. Norman was active with St. Thomas Church-in-the-Fields during the 1970s and was a purchasing manager with Pittsburgh Annealing Box Co.

HAYDEN — Friends of Norman P. Hayden, who died Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, are invited to memorial services at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at St. Thomas Anglican Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Thomas Anglican Church, 4106 Saint Thomas Drive, Gibsonia, PA 15044.
