This past year was another successful and event-filled year for Trinity Living Center, a multi-level health care facility in Grove City.

In 2004, the third floor of the facility received a major facelift when the former dining room was converted into a lounge, and the dining area was relocated to the sun-drenched solarium. The driveway and parking lots were resealed and relined.

This past year marked the beginning of an annual tradition at Trinity Living Center when the first TLC Rocks for the American Heart Association was held. This daylong benefit raised nearly $200 for the American Heart Association as residents rocked in rocking chairs to great oldies music.

Employees and community members sponsored the residents' efforts.

Several new faces joined the quality care team. Trinity Living Center's own in-house therapy company was developed, which gives the facility much better control and continuity of the rehabilitation program. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are offered to both residents and outpatients.

In addition to already offering skilled nursing care, assisted living, Alzheimer's care and independent living, Trinity Living Center added an inpatient bariatric program for residents weighing up to 500 pounds and an excellent wound care program to their list of services.

This year is expected to be another successful year for Trinity Living Center as quality care improvements are developed and continued efforts are made to reach out to Grove City citizens through community involvement.
