THIS WAY TO CHRISTMAS
One of the winners in the 1970 Spirit of Christmas Parade was a float by Butler County Community College that prevailed in the senior religious category. The overall winner and best junior religious entry was Mount Zion Baptist Church's Nativity scene. It was reported that a crowd of 10,000 lined Main Street for the event.
