Grove City College senior Christine Rummel earned CoSIDA College Division Second-Team Academic All-District II honors for women's track and field and cross country.

Rummel, a graduate of Knoch High School, won both the 100- and 400-meter hurdles at the Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships April 30 and helped the Wolverines win their seventh consecutive PAC crown.

Rummel graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and secondary education.

The Wolverines' Elisa Pedersen and Cara Pierce also earned all-district honors.

Friday's Fab Four Racing at Lernerville Speedway was cancelled due to the heavy rain.The racetrack will host the SuperDIRT Series plus E-Mods Tuesday.
