Kristie Archer, 17, of Center Township fired a 37-37 for a 74 to win the 2005 Tri-State PGA Junior Golf Tournament at Cedarbrook Golf Course Tuesday.

Archer, who was 3-over par for the tournament, won the girls 17-and-18 division by six strokes.
