PITTSBURGH — Safety Mike Logan re-signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers for another season.

Wide receiver Sean Morey and linebacker Arnold Harrison also signed one-year deals. Terms were not disclosed.

Logan was released last month while the Steelers worked to get under the salary cap before they knew it would expand under the collective bargaining agreement extension.

Logan, 31, has been rehabilitating at the Steelers' training facility following knee surgery. He was injured in the Super Bowl.

Logan has played nine seasons in the NFL. He has been with the Steelers for the past five seasons, playing in 75 games and starting in 17 of them.

SAN FRANCISCO — Barry Bonds hit a tying pinch-hit two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth for the 711th of his career to force extra innings in Wednesday's game with the New York Mets.The Mets, however, scored two runs in the 11th to beat the Giants 9-7.The slugger sent a 2-1 pitch from Billy Wagner into the seats in left-center for his third homer of the year.It was Bonds' fourth career pinch-hit homer and first career homer against Wagner, who became the 418th pitcher to surrender a homer to Bonds, who hadn't had a pinch-hit homer since Aug. 23, 2001, at Montreal.
