DALLAS — The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame announced that Mike Stimac, a senior linebacker at Thiel College, is one of 24 semifinalists from Division IIIfor the Draddy Trophy, which recognizes academic success, football performance and exemplary community leadership.

The Karns City graduate has been named to the dean's list in each semester. The four-year letterwinner and three-year starter has totaled 162 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and four forced fumbles.
