PITTSBURGH — The Penguins say it took just 10 minutes to sell out each of their first two second-round home playoff games.
The Penguins swept the Ottawa Senators in the first round and do not yet know who they will play in the second round. Possible opponents are the Washington Capitals, New York Rangers, New Jersey Devils or the Boston Bruins.
Tickets for the Penguins' first-round series sold out in 11 minutes.
About 2,000 tickets for each game went on sale Friday at 10 a.m.

STATE COLLEGE — A rape charge and all other criminal charges against former Penn State running back Austin Scott were dropped Friday.The Centre County district attorney's office said in a statement it withdrew the charges because there was "no reasonable likelihood" it could meet the burden of proof.
