John Hook, 16, of Cabot, was tied with Michael Klaric of Hermitage and Ray Johns of Wampum after 18 holes at Monday's King's-Pepsi Tri-State PGA Junior Golf Tournament at The Country Club of Meadville.

Each had carded a 78, but Klaric pulled out the 15-to-16 boys age division title by winning on the sixth playoff hole.
