My 13-year-old son participated in the Butler's Best Bowling Tournament held at Family Bowlaway. This tournament was a great experience for him.

There was an adult bowler from the Butler County Bowling Association on each set of lanes bowling with the kids. These adult bowlers had high averages, and some had placed in previous adult tournaments. Their scores were added to the kids' scores for a doubles event.

There were more than $2,400 worth of scholarships awarded to the kids.

The people who organized this tournament did a great job. It was fun for everyone, including the spectators.

Even though my son did not place in this tournament, he had a good time and he is looking forward to participating in this event each year.
