Butler County Community College will host a free concert by the

Tornado Big Band at 7 p.m. Sunday in the Succop Theatre.Another event in the BC3 summer series is a performance by the Boilermaker Jazz Band at 7 p.m. June 27.

Admission to these two concerts is free.On June 19, "From Butler to Broadway" will feature county native Michele Pawk, currently appearing in the one-woman show "The Blonde, the Brunette and the Vengeful Redhead" at the City Theatre in Pittsburgh. Tickets to Pawk's BC3 show are $30, which will benefit the Mary Jo Mohn Scholarship fund for BC3 students pursuing careers in the performing arts.
