Butler indie rock band Hand Drawn Mountains will be performing Friday as part of Christmas in the Underground Gallery at The Art Center, 344 S. Main Street.

Christmas in the Underground Gallery will be celebrated on Friday at The Art Center, 344 S. Main St.

Live music will be performed by many groups, including:

• Sam Goodwill, indie rock, from Youngstown, Ohio

• Yellow Lady Slipper, folk rock, from Grove City

• Amplifiers, ethereal rock, from Grove City

• Hand Drawn Mountains, warm indie rock, from Butler.

The bands are listed in order of their performing, from opening to closing.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $7.

Regular gallery hours at The Art Center, where the annual Holiday Show & Sale continues through Dec. 31, are noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Regular admission to the center is free.

Visitors are asked to participate in the U.S. Marine Corps’ “Toys for Tots” campaign by taking in new, unwrapped toys to donate.
