MarsThe 10th annual Mars New Year’s Eve Celebration begins at 8 p.m. Friday.Free hot dogs, pork and sauerkraut and warm and cool beverages will be available to revelers, and glow sticks and other goodies will be provided to children.A disc jockey will provide music, and movies will be shown on the side of the building nearest the park. The televised “ball drop” in New York City’s Times Square will be shown.The event is free, but donation jars will be set up for those who wish to contribute toward expenses.
