Summer Jam
COWANSVILLE — The tradition of bluegrass to kick off summer continues with the 10th annual North Country Bluegrass Festival taking place over Memorial Day weekend at God’s Country Paradise Park, 579 Route 268.
Festivities will include kiddie rides, clogging on Sunday and music provided over the weekend by several bluegrass bands.
The festival starts Friday with camping, jam sessions and children’s rides and will run through Sunday.
Scheduled bands include Hank Sobah and The House Band, Line Fork, Old Dawg, Still House Pickers, Mule Factory and the Allegheny String Band.
Admission is $10 per person or $15 for a carload. Camping is available. The park’s full kitchen service will be open.
