Puppy Love
In September of 1966, workers at the Franklin Glass Renfrew plant came to the rescue of Norman the Dog. The pup had been adopted by workers there. Unfortunately, it tried to follow Red Hepler, center, as he crossed a catwalk above the machinery. Norman fell about 10 feet into a trough of waste oil. He managed to crawl out and was found later by workers. Helping to clean him up are Edward Achezinski, left, and Robert Huff.
