SPRINGFIELD TWP, Mercer County — Prime Outlets off Interstate 79 will host a free trick-or-treat for costumed children 12 years of age and younger from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.

Free bags and candy will be available at guest services in the food court and adults who sign up to donate blood to the Central Blood Bank will receive a coupon book.

Participating stores also will give away candy.
