“The Way Back Home,” by a theater company from the United Kingdom, will be staged Sunday through March 4 at six area locations including Seneca Valley Senior High School.

JACKSON TWP — The Big Wooden Horse Theatre Company from the United Kingdom will stage “The Way Back Home” at 2 p.m. March 4 at Seneca Valley Senior High School.

Other locations are: Byham Theater, 101 Sixth St., Pittsburgh, at 2 p.m. Sunday; Gateway High School at 7 p.m. Wednesday; Marshall Middle School at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. March 1; Colonial Theatre in Massey Hall at Robert Morris University’s Moon campus at 7 p.m. March 2; and Mount Lebanon High School at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. March 3.

Presented by the Pittsburgh International Children’s Theater, “The Way Back Home,” adapted from the award-winning story by author Oliver Jeffers, tells the tale of a small boy who finds a plane in his cupboard.

This 60-minute play is recommended for ages 3 to 10.
