Jennings Environmental Education Center, Route 528, Brady Township, hosts “Nature's Hidden Treasures” from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday. Visitors can take in weird wildlife taxidermy, peculiar plant specimens and other natural collectibles for Jennings' naturalists to attempt to identify. From 3 to 4 p.m., Jennings staff will feature other strange specimens in a special presentation. There is no fee to attend, but those who wish to take items to be identified should register by calling 724-794-6011.

“Maple Madness,” a look at the history of maple sugaring, will be presented by the Audubon Society on Saturday at the Succop Conservancy, Airport Road. Pancake breakfast seatings start at 10 a.m. with last call at 1:30 p.m. Register by calling 412-963-6100 or visiting www.aswp.org. Cost is $10.
