First Baby 1964
James Lawrence Boice was the Butler County New Year's baby for 1964. This photo ran in the Eagle in December of that year, as he was approaching his first birthday and the county was awaiting the birth of 1965's Baby New Year. James was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Boice of Washington Street in Evans City. He was born at 6:25 a.m. Jan. 1, 1964.
