BUTLER TWP — Butler Township will offer 30-gallon biodegradable bags from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Butler Township Municipal Building, 290 S. Duffy Road.Leaf pickup will be held on regular pickup days with a maximum 75 bags per household. Bags must be no larger than 30-gallon biodegradable bags.

PENN TWP — An Educational Improvement Tax Credit informational meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. April 6 at Penn Christian Academy, 199 W. FORD CITY — The Armstrong School District will conduct the General Educational Development test from 6 to 10 p.m. April 15 and 16 at the Ford City High School Library, 4th Ave. and 11th St. Registration deadline is April 9.Applicants must be Pennsylvania residents, be at least 18 and not enrolled in school.
