Nurses Honored

Mrs. Larry Madden, a registered nurse, comforts a premature baby in an isolette May 7, 1968, at Butler County Memorial Hospital during the 13th annual Pennsylvania Nurse Week. Wednesday was National Nurses Day, and National Nurses Week will be celebrated through Tuesday, which marks the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.
