Harmony Museum on Mercer Street in Harmony, will have its annual Harmoniefest dinner and program Feb. 16 in Stewart Hall, 218 Mercer St. The evening will include an illustrated presentation by authors of the recently published “The Civil War in Pennsylvania: A Photographic History.” Books will be available for purchase and signing.
