A series of Pennsylvania Game Commission Hunter-Trapper Education courses will be offered this month and in July. The free 10-hour course must be completed by all first-time hunters. Attendees must be at least 11 years old on the last day of a selected course.

Course topics will include responsibility and ethics, principles of wildlife management and conservation, safe handling of firearms and ammunition, wildlife identification, field care of game, first aid and more.
