EMLENTON — Emlenton-New Zion Evangelical Church will observe the National Day of Prayer today. The church sanctuary will be open from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for anyone wishing to offer prayer. The Rev. Charles Campbell will be available from 11 a.m. to noon and from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Prayer suggestion guides with ideas and topics to bring before the Lord will be available in addition to a prayer request box to submit written notes for the pastor's prayer time.

The Bowling Green State University Collegiate Chorale will perform at 7 p.m. Wednesday at First English Lutheran Church, 241 N. Main St.It will perform sacred and secular music written for mixed chamber choir. A freewill offering will be taken to defray the chorus' expenses.
