Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission personnel will be at the Graham Park fishing pond in Cranberry Township for two, separate four-hour outings, from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Aug. 10. Anglers can either take their own barbless fishing gear or have equipment and bait provided. The event is open to those age 2 or older. No fishing license is necessary, but registration is required. The fee is $5, or $7 for nonresidents. Call 724-779-4386.

Butler County Parks and Recreation Department free Thursday night programs this summer at Alameda Park include “Alameda Park: Butler’s Disneyland” with Bill May at 6:30 p.m. today and “Firefly Kids” on June 23, both in the Carousel Shelter.

Moraine State Park, Muddy Creek Township,will have a Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission-hosted Family Fishing Festival from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Pleasant Valley day use area. The fishing license requirement is waived for registered participants 16 and older. The program is open to all those age 5 and older. The commission provides bait and tackle. Registration is required at www.GoneFishingPa.com. “The Bear Facts” will be presented from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the outdoor center on the North Shore.
