Alameda Story Adventures is canceled Thursday for the July 4 holiday.

The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department will resume the free Alameda Story Adventures from 11:30 a.m. to noon July 11 in the Rotary Shelter.

CRANBERRY TWP — Students in grades four to 12 can participate in the second annual benefit read-a-thon from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 10 at the Cranberry Public Library, 2525 Rochester Road.Participants will get volunteer hours for the time that they spend reading.
