Butler Beauty School, 233 S. Main St., has been owned by Gerald G. Camp for 30 years.

In addition to the Butler Beauty School, Mr. Camp owns the New Castle Beauty School, the Beaver Falls Beauty Academy, the Kittanning Beauty School and the Punxy Beauty School.

Butler Beauty School is well known as a progressive educational institution that prepares students to initiate and advance their careers in the beauty field.

It maintains high educational standards to assure every student receives a solid basic education.

The students are required to meet a complete set of professional criteria and to develop their skills, tact and performance by performing various services on the public. The school provides an active student salon, which is open to the public on a daily basis and offers a full line of services at an affordable price.

The school offers numerous programs throughout the year. The hair designing program is structured to enable the student to complete their studies in as few as nine months and to be gainfully employed immediately upon completion of the program.

Nail artistry, and educator/teaching programs are also available.
