WILKES BARRE — Seneca Valley graduate Tyler Herrmann tallied 11 digs and nine kills in Penn State Behrend’s 3-1 men’s volleyball win against Wilkes over the weekend.

Lions’ setter Anthony Sprentz, also a Seneca Valley grad, had 25 assists and six digs in the win.

PENN HILLS — Butler Cubs boxer Billy Wolfe, 16, of Worthington won the 145-pound Junior final in the Western Pennsylvania Golden Glove Tournament at 3 Lakes Golf Course over the weekend.

Wolfe, 32-9, scored a unanimous decision over Ray Moore of Ellwood City.
