A fall wedding is being planned by Tricia Bowman of Pittsburgh and Joe Flock of Gibsonia.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard and Karen Lipp of Evans City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Theresa Flock of Leesport and the late Joseph Flock.

The bride-elect graduated in 1991 from Homeacre Christian Academy and in 1995 from Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor of arts degree in sociology. She works for K-Med/RAK Medical in Sewickley.

Her fiancé graduated in 1982 from Schuylkill High School, in 1987 from Penn State University, earning a bachelor of science degree in food service, in 1995 from Chapman University, with a master's in business administration and in 2001 from Vineyard Leadership Institute with a certificate in ministry. He works for H.J. Heinz in Pittsburgh.
