ERIE — Butler graduate Jennifer Bole finished 11th in the women's 30-39 age group Sunday at the Erie Marathon, posting a Boston Marathon qualifying time of three hours, 31 minutes.

Bole will compete in the women's 18-34 age division at the 2014 Boston Marathon.

PENN TWP — Rob McClellan finished second in the low professional event at Butler Country Club Monday.McClellan, the club pro at the course, shot a 2-under 68 to finisb one stroke behind Devin Gee of Oakmont Country Club.McClellan also teammed with Geoff Patterson to finish third in the Fall Finale Pro-Scratch Amateur event at the course.The duo combined for a 66, two strokes off the winners, Jason Martin and Thadd Obecny II from Wheeling Country Club.
