TRAFFIC DELAYS ARE expected this week in Penn and Middlesex townships due to the Saxonburg Area Authority's sewage treatment expansion project. The affected roads in Middlesex are Dwellington Drive north of Route 8 to Kenningham Lane, Fulton Drive west of Route 8, West Cruikshank Road west of Route 8 and Lowery Road east of Route 8. In Penn, the areas are Larchwood Drive, West Drive, North Drive, McBride Hill Road, East Airport Road, Old Plank Road and Renfrew Road.
