SHANKSVILLE, — Investigators say they've found no indication of arson or other foul play in the fire that damaged buildings at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Pennsylvania.

A National Park Service spokesman said Sunday the investigation isn't over, and it may be weeks before officials determine the cause of the blaze that destroyed its headquarters.

The scene is now under control of park officials, who are doing what they can to salvage material left after the Friday fire.

An initial inventory indicated the losses included a flag that flew over the U.S. Capitol on Sept. 11, 2001, the day four planes were hijacked.

Flight 93's passengers fought with the attackers before it crashed in Western Pennsylvania.

The memorial and visitor center, under construction about 2 miles away, weren't damaged.

PITTSBURGH — The estate of the billionaire banking heir who published the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review has paid a record $100 million in inheritance taxes to the state of Pennsylvania.Representatives for the estate of Richard Mellon Scaife made the payment on Friday.Estate lawyer Yale Gutnick said it's the first of several estimated tax payments to be made until the final inheritance tax bill is calculated. The final value of the estate has not been set.Department of Revenue spokesman Elizabeth Brassell said the previous record inheritance tax payment was about $20 million.Scaife died July 4, a day after his 82nd birthday.
