David Brady
David A. Brady, 64, of Butler, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, after a long, hard fight.
He was born on June 12, 1960, in Bradenton, Fla., to the late Robert and Janice Brady. From his parents, he learned the value of a loving family, good friends and hard work.
He proudly joined the Navy to serve our country. The Navy led him to Virginia, where he met his wife, Jami Lyn Duane-Brady. David loved sports, scuba diving and traveling. Above all, David truly was a family man and made a house a home.
Surviving are his wife, Jami Lyn Duane-Brady; four children, Michaela (Ross Bishop) Schnetzer, Loren “Nathaniel” Brady, USN, Ethan Brady and Miranda Brady; grandsons, Brady Schnetzer, Ryatt Bishop and Ace Bishop; siblings, Robert (Carolyn) Brady, Cathy (Tom) Childers and Linda Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his parents.
BRADY — Visitation for David A. Brady, who died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at Hill United Presbyterian Church, 501 2nd St., Butler. The service will be at noon at the church. Lunch will be served after the service. There will be a Zoom link for those who cannot attend in person.
