Tony Molinaro, 91, passed away suddenly on Saturday in his home on Denny Road, Valencia, in the arms of his loving wife of 64 years, Mabel.

He was born in 1921, to his Italian immigrant mother and father, Louis and Yolanda. He was one of nine children.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Raymond, Adam and Joe; his oldest grandson, Nathan, who passed away just one month ago; and his sisters, Rosa and Helen.

He is survived by his sisters Mary, Christina and Grace.

He leaves a legacy of love and devotion to his daughter, Kathleen and her husband, Jim; their children, Wendy, Lori and Jamie and their children, Bridget, Frankie, Emily, Jade, Abby, Eli, Jessup, Jake and Jace; his daughter, Judith and her husband, Roy; and their children, Cory, Aaron, Bill and the late Nathan's children, Christian and Benjamin; his son, Ron and his wife, Claire; and their children Joseph and Anthony; and his son, Dominick.

Tony was a poultry man and farmer all of his life. He and his wife Mabel delivered farm produce to grateful customers in the Pittsburgh area. People have enjoyed fresh sweet corn and vegetables sold at their Denny Road farm stand.

At age 50, Tony began working at the Mars High School as custodian and eventually was head custodian. He retired from his school position at age 75. He did not retire from farming until the Lord took him home. He was an avid Pennsylvania deer hunter and also made many hunting trips to Wyoming.

He was a member of the Glade Run United Presbyterian Church and Royal Grange. He loved the Lord, all his family and hard work. He will be sorely missed by his friends and his neighbors.

Tony was a lifelong member of the NRA.

MOLINARO — Family of Tony Molinaro, who passed away Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, will welcome friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Schellhaas Funeral Home, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. Services will be in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Gary Weston officiating. Interment will follow in Mars Cemetery.Please offer condolences at www.schellhaasfh.com.
