Butler County Home Show
The Butler County Home Show set for this weekend at the Family Sports Center on Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township will feature more than 100 exhibitors.
The Earth Day weekend event will offer visitors advice on home improvement, decorating and landscaping projects over three days filled with exhibits, seminars and demonstrations to educate and to entertain, as well as share information, advice and inspiration.
Show hours will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Admission is free on Friday. Admission on Saturday and Sunday will be $5 each day for adults and free for children age 12 and younger.
Show highlights will include demonstrations from The Home Depot, organic gardening advice from author and radio host Doug Oster, and Ask the Vet sessions with Dr. Ann Herschl Cirillo of Seven Fields Veterinary Hospital.
The Home Depot's “hands-on” how-to clinics are set to run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 3 p.m. Sunday.
Topics will include flooring, electrical, molding, composting, gardening and tool selection.
