Die-hard Saddam supporters
Members of the Islamic Solidarity Movement in Dhaka, Bangladesh, today shout slogans against the court appearance of former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. They call the proceedings in Baghdad fake and also condemn the alleged puppet government in Iraq. American officials now think the insurgency in Iraq is being carried out by about 4,000 to 5,000 Saddam loyalists. These officials also believe these followers, not those of Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, pose the greatest threat to the new government.
