Saying goodbye
A portrait of former Russian President Boris Yeltsin is set in front of his coffin inside Christ the Savior Cathedral, during a farewell ceremony, in Moscow today. Hundreds of people lined up Wednesday outside a Moscow cathedral to view the body of Boris Yeltsin, the first president of post-Soviet Russia. After the viewing ended, dignitaries including former U.S. presidents Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush arrived and offered condolences to Yeltsin's black-clad widow Naina. Yeltsin died of heart failure Monday at the age of 76.
